Returns

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Personalised items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To start a return, email moni.business333@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you and process your refund to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund it in full — no need to return it in some cases.

Mail Club

Mail Club boxes are non-refundable once dispatched, but you can cancel future boxes anytime before the 1st of the month.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched.
